Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us at kramahygiene@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
After verification, a replacement will be dispatched within 2-3 days and will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
All products sold on Krama are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of:

Due to the nature of hygiene products, returns for change of mind or used products are not accepted.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Approved cases are resolved only through replacement within 7 days.
